This service includes up to 5 professional photographs of shared community features associated with the property, such as a community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, walking trails, or other common facilities when access is permitted. Images are intended to provide visual context and highlight neighborhood amenities and are delivered digitally for use in the MLS, online marketing platforms, or other print marketing where applicable.

Community images are captured based on photographer access, availability, lighting conditions, and applicable community rules or restrictions. The photographer will photograph common areas as they appear at the time of the shoot and will not stage, alter, or digitally add or remove features in post production. This service does not include aerial photography unless separately purchased.

All community photography is subject to access approval by the association or property manager when required. This service is provided for marketing purposes only and does not guarantee inquiries, showings, or a sale. Fees are non refundable once scheduled. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the fee.
